Embark on a transformative journey towards your optimal well-being by investing in yourself through our impactful program. Join forces with us to craft a healthier version of yourself. Our preventive healthcare services are grounded in a robust six-pillar wellness model, placing emphasis on health education, physical well-being, nutritional support, mental health, self-care, and streamlined access to healthcare services.
This program will provide a 12 week fitness program that is 100% virtual. The fitness program is 85% bodyweight exercises and will also require two weights (at least 5 pounds) that will be utilized after week 4. If you do not have weights, please research household items that can be used as substitutes for weights. The wellness plan is designed for individuals that are at a beginners fitness level.
